Організація діяльності служби пробації: досвід Німеччини

жовтня 2009 року за підтримки Секретаріату Ради Європи у Державному
департаменті України з питань виконання покарань відбулося експертне засідання
з питань пробації та альтернативних покарань.
Упродовж
двох днів експерти з Західної Європи презентували досвід своїх країн для співробітників
кримінально-виконавчих інспекцій.
Мені
надзвичайно приємно представити широкій аудиторії доповіді експертів Ради
Європи, представлених на зазначеному вище семінарі.
